To cover the costs of the conference, the participants are kindly asked to contribute at least $120 per attendant of the banquet. The payment can be made electronically via Paypal (sali@salilab.org) or via a personal check made to Andrej Sali, with a memo "For MK Symposium 2014" (mail to Andrej Sali, UCSF MC 2552, Byers Hall Room 503B, 1700 4th Street, San Francisco, CA 94158-2330, USA).
