Practical Information

Wednesday, Oct. 1^st – Mark Hopkins Hotel, 999 California St., San Franicsco.
1)	Registration/check-in will open at 7:30am and breakfast will be available until 8:55am. Location: Lobby Level, Peacock Court

2)	Registration Payment: If anyone has not submitted their payment before the event, please be advised that we can only accept a personal check or exact change, but no credit card payments.

3)	Dress Code: Business Casual (suits not required)

4)	Cocktail Reception: Location: Peacock Court

5)	Talks start at 8.55am and end at 5.15pm. Lunch and coffee & cookies during breaks will be provided. Room of the Dons, next to Peacock Court.

6)	For speakers: There will be a projector with the VGA input cable available at the speaker lectern. The speakers will be amplified, but there will be no provision for playing audio from laptops via the room speakers.

For those arriving before the Wednesday symposium, there will a session of short talks on Tuesday, Sept. 30. The list of speakers is on the conference website, page “Short Talks”

Tuesday, Sept. 30^th – Helen Diller Cancer Center, Room HD 160, 1450 3rd Street, San Francisco
1)	Talk Session: 12-5pm, Helen Diller, Rm. HD 160

2)	Snacks (coffee/cookies) will be provided, please plan to have lunch before, if you are attending.
